The price of an infinity bracelet is the same price as the bracelet of your choice; choose one of our designs, or customise your own from scratch. You can see all our infinity bracelet options here, but there's all kind of customisation possible at your appointment!

One hour is plenty for 2-3 people, please send us an email (info@koiatelier.com) if you're bringing anyone with you. We can comfortably host 5-9 people at the same time, book another hour if you're with more than 3.

Getting married? We can help you with jewellery you can wear on your special day and forever after. From pearls to meaningful personalised pieces, there’s always something for you and your bridal party. Book an appointment at the atelier to get a feel of our complete collection and to even customise jewellery for your wedding. The jewellery you wear as a bride should enhance you and be reflective of you.

Did your piece of jewellery break? No worries! Here at Koi we're dedicated to you enjoying our jewellery for life.

within 6 months
If your piece breaks within 6 months of purchase, it may be eligible for a free repair (depending on our assessment).

after 6 months
If your piece breaks outside the warranty period, there will probably be some repair costs to make your jewellery good as new.

In both cases, please send a photo of your jewellery with your order number to info@koiatelier.com so we can look at the possibilities.
